Dual-interface Card

 Dual interface card is a smart card that is made of PVC laminated chip coil, with one single chip and integrates contact and contactless interface as one.It has two user interfaces, you can accessto the chip through the contact of contact way, or to be separated by a certain distance through radio frequency. There’s only one chip and two interfaces inthe card, you can perform the same operation through the contact interface and the contactless interface. Two interfaces follow two different standards, the contact interface follows ISO / IEC 7816; contactless interface follows ISO /IEC 14443

Product Type:

One is developed based on Philips Mifare PRO-MF2ICD80 dual interface chip, the contact part complies with ISO7816 and “China Financial IC card Specs", the contactless part complies with TYPE A standard of ISO14443.

One is developed and about to release based on Siemens SLE66CLXX series with dual-interface chip,thecontact part complies with ISO7816 and “China Financial IC card Specs",thecontactless part supports ISO14443-dual interface card of TYPE A or TYPE B.

Optional memory would be 8K BYTE and 16K BYTE

● Hard mask process (COS hardmask is in the ROM program area) is used in COS, the operating system of thechip of a smart card.

● ISO 14443 Type A interface supports rate 106Kbps, 212Kbps, 14Kbps

● EEPROM no. of rewritable:more than 100,000 times

● Data storage: 10 years

● The chip supports 1024bit ~2048bit RSA algorithm

● Voltage range: 2.7 ~ 5.5V

● Working temperature: -25 ℃- + 50 ℃
