According to the country's specific arrangements for the holiday time of May 1st Labor Day in 2022, combined with the actual situation of the company, the holiday time and precautions are hereby notified as follows:
1. Holiday time:
Office staff: 3 days from April 30 (Saturday) to May 2 (Monday)
(The week off on April 24 is adjusted to April 23, April 30 is a normal week off, May 1 is a statutory holiday, and the week off on May 1 is adjusted to May 2).
Production staff and branch staff: May 1 (Sunday), a total of 1 day
The staff of the production department and branch companies can arrange staff rotation according to the actual production situation.
2. On-duty arrangements during the holidays:
1). On May 1, the company will not be on duty except for the on-duty staff.
2). If each department needs to work overtime due to work, please report it to the superior for approval in advance and then file it with the Human Resources Administration Department.
3. Matters needing attention:
1). During the holiday, the person in charge of each department shall make the pre-holiday work arrangement of the department, and check the relevant facilities and equipment, do a good job in fire prevention, waterproofing and anti-theft work, and do a good job in safety precautions;
2). During the holiday, try to go to crowded areas and medium-high risk areas as little as possible. Be sure to wear a mask when going out, wash your hands frequently, and do a good job in epidemic prevention;
3). During the holiday, please keep your personal belongings, pay attention to personal safety, and improve the awareness of anti-theft, anti-robbery and anti-fraud.
4). The person in charge of each department needs to keep the mobile phone unblocked so that they can contact in time; if there is an emergency, report it in time and handle it properly.
