RZX-DT160 is an RFID tag with temperature measurement function, with two contact and non-contact interfaces, a total of three interfaces, the contact interface adopts I2C protocol interface, the non-contact interface supports two RF interfaces, high-frequency interface and UHF interface, high-frequency interface communication protocol can choose ISO14443 or ISO15693. The UHF interface supports the ISO18000-6C (EPC C1G2) protocol.

RFID temperature sensor built-in high-precision temperature sensor, can complete real-time or timed environmental temperature measurement. Large capacity EEPROM is built into the chip, which can be used to store temperature data for a long time. The stored data can be read through HF, UHF or I2C interfaces, which support Android and Apple phones.

The RFID temperature sensor tag can use the RF field energy to receive the single temperature measurement instruction from the three interfaces to complete the temperature measurement, and send the temperature measurement result back to the corresponding interface. The label also supports the function of lighting an external LED, which can be used for visual positioning of the label, and can also be used for temperature status indication. When contacting the external MCU interface, the chip can be used as a high frequency and ultra-high frequency channel chip with temperature measurement function, supporting a variety of wake signals.
